University of the Sciences Website Redesign
usciences.edu

In January 2017, University of the Sciences launched a brand new mobile-accessible, SEO-friendly, responsive, efficient, and content-driven website focused primarily on driving and supporting student recruitment. This three-year-long complex undertaking required a higher ed web-savvy partner, mStoner, and “blueprint” to guide this critical project to a successful launch. A new structure and navigation were developed based on user experience for ease of use. A new content management system (CMS), OUCampus from Omni Update, was chosen to replace multiple tools and to allow for much more dynamic integrated content. The new design was created to focus on our outcomes (”proof”), and to allow for additional campaign message integration seamlessly.

“Lower Tuition” Landing Page

usciences.edu/lowertuition

When University of the Sciences announced it was lowering tuition on Sept. 6, 2017, for incoming students in the fall of 2018, a dedicated landing page was created to communicate the message. USciences used media placements, video, and social media to drive audiences there.

The highlight of the landing page is a video outlining the main attributes of the new program. It was conceived, written, and directed by the marketing department, connecting the University’s history and legacy of successful alumni with the current top 10 salary outcomes and student achievement. This video lays out the details of the tuition reset through interviews with University President, Vice President for Enrollment Management, and a physical therapy alumna.

Scrolling down the page, important points and helpful information designed to stand out are showcased, providing compelling reasons to take another look at USciences.
